Since her arrival 4 months ago, Denise Gladding, the Business Support Manager, has been busy either installing, uplifting or upgrading most of our Business Support Systems.
All our company policies have been reviewed and re-issued, our membership to the Achilles Platform (for offshore customers) and JOSCAR (for Defence customers) have been renewed and she has overseen a hands-on technical verification which was carried out for our Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
Next up is to maintain our IT system as a ToA on the MoD DART program, review the company’s Environmental Management System and assist with an external audit for the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System.
