Workshop Apprentice Intake 2023
We are now considering applications for our 2023 intake of apprentices. If you are highly motivated, have a keen interest in the engineering apprenticeship scheme and would like to be considered in joining Lightfoot Defence Ltd please submit a 500 word hand written application detailing your interest and why you should be considered for this scheme. The application process will remain open until 28th February 2023 and successful applicants will be invited for an interview March 2023

Build & Delivery of 27 LIDSS units to the UK Ministry of Defence

The UK Ministry of Defence required a new machine to replace an interim solution that had been in service for 15 years which was no longer fit for purpose. The design requirements of the machine meant it had to be capable of recovering, replenishing, vacuum dehydrating, and pressure testing the DASS system on their Typhoon aircraft.
